3. Description of Service

SAUNTOUR is an all-in-one trip planning platform that enables users to:

  • Create and manage detailed trips and itineraries.
  • Collaborate with friends, family, and even invite pets.
  • Build, save, and assign customizable gear lists.
  • Organize group roles (e.g., driver assignments) and communicate via in-app chat.
  • Wrap up trips with comprehensive recaps including photos and notes.

4. User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using SAUNTOUR, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trip

New users receive one free trip planning session. Once this free trip is used, any additional trip planning requires an active subscription.

Subscription Plans

SAUNTOUR offers 3-month, 6-month, and yearly subscription plans. Payment is due in advance for the chosen period and is non-refundable.

Billing

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for subscription fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees and billing practices with advance notice to users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
  • Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the Service.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership

License

11. Termination

SAUNTOUR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Service. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.
